Information We Collect

The launch-offer form collects email address, source, offer, consent text version and submission metadata. The artwork-interest flow collects email address, selected artwork ID and name, source, consent text version, an interest session ID, preferred size and optional phone number.

We do not ask for payment details, address, quantity, account login, demographic information or sensitive health, race or ethnicity information.

How We Use It

We use submitted details to record launch-offer interest, send product availability updates and understand which artworks and sizes visitors are interested in. Submitting an interest form does not place an order, reserve stock or require payment.

Marketing And Analytics Consent

Artwork availability contact and launch-offer contact are separate from optional analytics consent. Optional analytics can be accepted or rejected through the privacy choice banner or Privacy Settings control.

Service Providers

Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms after the website is deployed by the human owner. If analytics is accepted, the site may load Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are configured through Google Tag Manager by the human owner.

Analytics And Masking

Analytics events must not include email addresses, phone numbers, comments or full form payloads. Form inputs must be masked in Microsoft Clarity verification before launch.

Storage, Retention And Overseas Processing

Form submissions and analytics data may be processed or stored outside Australia by the relevant service providers. Retention settings and deletion processes must be confirmed by the human owner before launch.

Access, Correction And Deletion

To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact PRIVACY_CONTACT_REQUIRED.

Future Operating Company

The business that later launches or sells these artworks may contact people who requested product availability or launch updates, consistent with the consent text shown at signup.
